Get your daily dose of art in just 10 minutes! With Artpace's 10-Minute Tour, visitors have a chance to take a quick, guided tour of our exhibitions. Afterwards, explore the galleries on your own or head back to Artpace's courtyard for a delicious plate of tacos.

Felix Gonzalez-Torres: Billboards Bus Tour*
In partnership with The University of Houston's Blaffer Art Museum and the Contemporary Arts Museum Houston, join Artpace Executive Director Matthew Drutt on a Houston area bus tour of billboards created between 1989 and 1995 by former IAIR 95.1 resident Felix Gonzalez-Torres (1957-1996).
*This event will be held in Houston and is $25 for members of the Blaffer, CAMH, or Artpace. $75 for non-members (includes yearlong Household-level membership to Blaffer and CAMH). Reception to follow. RSVP at info@artpace.org.

Join us for our family-friendly creative event of the year downtown on Houston Street! San Antonio's premier artists will transform city sidewalks into colorful works of art with chalk. We'll need your help to complete a super-sized street mural. And don't miss Kidzone, a space where imaginations soar. Artist Workshop: How to Avoid Chemical Hazards in the Arts
Are you protecting yourself and the San Antonio community while making your Art? Attend this workshop to learn more about art hazards and safer practices. Highlights include: information on hazardous art chemicals, reducing chemical exposure, selecting safer alternatives, and keeping toxics out of waterways.
Dave Waddell is the current President of the Board of Directors for North American Hazardous Materials Management Association. He has worked with the Local Hazardous Waste Management Program in King County, Washington since 1991 as an environmental project manager, pollution prevention inspector, and art chemical hazards expert.
